How to Fix Origin Not Running Sims 4. So you’ve been busy toiling away, trying to give your precious Sims a glorious new world to live in. You’ve given them careers, names and personalities. When you install, you should be given the option to register the game with your code, in the downloaded Origin software. Once it's registered, it will show up in My Games. If you can't update after it shows there, make sure Sims 4 is not still running in the background. Under-13's don't have online access within the game.
When you bought The Sims 4 (and maybe also some expansions) it will be saved by default in the folder C:Program Files (x86)Origin GamesThe Sims 4.
Now you want to add some cracked DLC’s but still require access to the Gallery, how can that be achieved ?

| 6. You are asked whether or not your official game is in that directory – select Yes If you have not as yet updated your legal game to the latest version, you are prompted to do this first. |
| 7. On the next question about the crack click OK |
| 8. Tick the wanted DLC’s and click on OK (No need to tick the legacy edition when you have a 64-bits computer) Most probably your list of missing DLC’s contains far more items. |
9. The Updater is now checking your present installation and downloads the ticked DLC’s
10. The DLC’s will be added to your The Sims 4 folder + a folder Game-cracked.
11. Make a shortcut for your desktop from C:Program Files(x86) – Origin Games – The Sims 4 – Game-cracked – Game – Bin – TS4_x64
Play the Game
You can now play the full game, the additional DLC’s included, via the shortcut you made at item 11 above. Make sure that Origin is not active on your computer
You can still play the original game + access to the Gallery, but without the cracked DLC’s, via the shortcut you already had.
Note:
When you want to play the cracked version Origin must not be active on your PC.
Never save a played session of the legal game, use that version only for access to the Gallery as it will destroy elements from your cracked game.

How To Install Sims 4 Origin
As both versions, cracked and legal, use the same directory to save your progress in the game (C:Usersyour usernameDocumentsElectronic ArtsThe Sims 4), downloaded items from the Gallery will also be available in the cracked version.
Language
When you use the language changer it will also change the language in the legal game.
Possible error
Unable to start:
The contents of your user data directory were created by a new version of The Sims 4 and cannot be loaded. Please update your game via Origin to play.
Depending on what version you tried to run.
Is it the legal version, update via Origin
Is it the cracked version update via the Anadius Updater
Warning
When you want to add upcoming new releases of DLC’s and/or updates, you MUST use the Anadius Updater as the Updater is the one and only method complying with the folders Game and Game-cracked.
How O Add Sims 4 To Original
With All other methods you’ll have to change the name of the folder Game from your downloaded DLC to Game-cracked first before copying the files and folders from the new update/DLC to your installation-folder
